The vegetable garden

From the most selected ingredients come the best flavors. Season fruits, vegetables and herbs are all grown in the Officina del Gusto private vegetable garden and used to create delicious desserts or spice and season the menus main courses.

Location

Located at the very heart of Olbia, in the central Piazza Matteotti, Officina del Gusto is set on a nice building with a liberty facade while the interiors are a decorated with a fancy country style. The restaurant can usually seat 45 diners lifting to 90 during the Summer season when the Restaurant opens on an airy terrace where guests are entertained with music and events.
